It ensures your Pilates journey is personalized from day one, with tailored approaches that prioritize safety, smart progression, and enhanced performance but it is not required for every client or every service.
Yes. Beginner-friendly options are available, and no previous Pilates experience is required.
Contact the studio or book a Start Session or private consultation before attending a general group class. Medical clearance may be requested when appropriate.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for reformer classes. The studio offers different grip socks, gloves and mats for purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own.
